Jindal Steel & Power has appointed Rajesh Nair as the Head of Human Resources.
“After 28 years of Tata Motors across Business & HR roles, and 3 years serving as the CHRO at Polycab, I am excited to join Jindal Steel & Power, a leading business house with significant presence in the space of Steel ,Power, Mining and Infrastructure,” Nair shared in a LinkedIn post.
Nair comes with over 34 years of HR experience spanning across Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Appliances, Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing and Mining.
Prior to joining Jindal Steel & Power, Nair was associated with Polycab India as Executive President and CHRO. Before that, he was working as Head – HR, Commercial Vehicles – Sales & Customer Care at Tata Motors. Nair has also served at Pertech Computers.
Nair holds an MBA in Marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
